Jujutsu Kaisen - Yuta Okkotsu Side Story - Review

 

Recently started to read Jujutsu Kaisen Manga and my friend said to read this side story and spoiler for people who don't read manga and waiting for the coming Jujutsu Kaisen Movie this is the story. 

When I first started to read I really don't know that this guy was a cool Jujutsu Sorcerer. He is also referred to in the main story manga and anime as he went for training overseas in Africa. This character is also said to be the only person who is liked by Megumi

My View

When I started to read, to be honest, I really don't know anything and I came to know after some time that it is a prequel and was slowly able to understand what this story is going on.

In my view, I was able to see some places where there are many references in which Toge's dark past where Panda would say "He must have cursed without a will as he has cursed voice". The later part of the story shows his kindness and soft part to Yuta.

Apart from Toge, Maki's character again is being given a stand and I guess that's why they gave the anime then this '0' OVA so people who don't read manga can get the storyline.

My Review

I really loved this Manga as it has the same setting and feels as Jujutsu Kaisen anime feel to it, I was reading it too soon and still love the way the story has driven. The Character circle of the protagonist is complete and it starts from zero to Hero. This was a short story and compare to the main story I was able to finish this is in a short time. It is also interesting and not a kind of action-driven manga.

In my Ratting, I would give 9/10 as this was having fewer cliches and quite a good story drive.
